What is Project Vanguard?

Project Vanguard is a community of veterans in clean energy. We operate events nationally in partnership with industry trade groups and host our own events in our state chapters. We have three pillars we focus on:

• People - We connect veterans and military families with career opportunities and each other

• Projects - We organize grassroots advocacy efforts for All-of-the-Above energy solutions

• Policies - We support efforts that promote American Energy Dominance

• 🔴 Red, if you are recruiting/hiring

  • This is not the time to sell your products or services

• 🔵 Blue, if you are seeking employment

  • Veterans, Active Duty, Reservists, National Guard, and their spouses and adult children

• ⚪️ White, if you are a supporter

  • Non-veterans welcome

🔴 Red badge holders:

• You will have one minute to speak in front of the group. Be Brief, Be Bold, and be gone!

• Please bring a company name tag if you have one. It helps you identify yourself to our veterans.

• Our events are for veterans, supporters, and employers. If you intend to sell a product or service to our veteran community, you will be asked to leave.
