November VBC Collaboration with ERE Recruiting Innovation Summit

We’ve been invited to host a special Veterans Beer Club gathering during the opening reception of the ERE Recruiting Innovation Summit at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla!

This event differs from our standard brewery meetups—it is a larger, more structured, professional conference that brings together national talent acquisition leaders and corporate recruiting executives.

What to Expect

✔ A professional, high-impact networking environment

✔ Dress Code: Smart Casual / Business Casual (Step up from our usual casual attire)

✔ Direct connection with top national hiring managers, VP-level recruiting leaders, and HR strategists

✔ Complimentary entry to the opening reception (Food and beverages provided per reception host)

🔴 Employers / Recruiters: Please bring your company name tag.

🔵 Job Seekers: Bring business cards.

⚪️ Supporters: As always, supporters and allies are welcome.

⛔ No Pitching: Standard VBC rules apply—this is a networking and relationship-building space. Hard sales pitches for products or services are strictly prohibited.

Consider signing up for the summit: We are also proud to announce that our San Diego Chapter Lead, Sean Mulrooney, USN (Ret.), will speak at the summit on veteran talent transition. To hear his message, register here.
